Arrangement of Financing Relating to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice’s Acquisition of Sirius Computer Solutions

Cravath represented Credit Suisse, as administrative agent and lead arranger, in connection with the arrangement of credit facilities provided to Sirius Computer Solutions, Inc., a provider of integrated technology solutions. The facilities were used to finance Clayton, Dubilier & Rice’s acquisition of Sirius Computer Solutions. The transaction closed on July 1, 2019.
