Arrow Global’s Senior Secured Floating and Fixed Rate High-Yield Notes Offerings

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by J.P. Morgan Securities and HSBC, in connection with the €285 million senior secured floating rate and £100 million senior secured fixed rate 144A/Reg. S high-yield notes offering of Arrow Global Finance plc. Arrow Global is a leading European credit management services provider focusing on loan purchases and specialist asset management. Proceeds of the offering were used to redeem existing debt and finance the acquisition of Parr Credit S.r.l. and Europa Investimenti. The notes were listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on March 15, 2018.
