Ashland Inc.’s Debt Offering

Cravath represented Ashland Inc. in connection with its US$500 million debt offering and concurrent debt tender offer. Ashland provides specialty chemicals and technologies in a wide variety of markets and applications in more than 100 countries. The transaction closed on August 7, 2012.
