Axalta’s High-Yield Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Barclays, BofA Securities, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Truist Securities, in connection with the $700 million 144A/Reg. S high-yield senior notes offering of Axalta Coating Syste ms, LLC. Axalta Coating Systems  LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Axalta Coating Systems Ltd., a leading global manufacturer, marketer and distributor of high performance coatings systems. The transaction closed on November 24, 2020.
