AXIS Capital’s Registered Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Credit Suisse, Barclays, Citigroup and HSBC, in connection with the $350 million registered senior notes offering of AXIS Specialty Finance PLC, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of AXIS Capital Holdings Limited, a provider of a broad range of specialty reinsurance. The notes were listed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on December 6, 2017.
