Baker Hughes’ $1.25 Billion Registered Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters in connection with the $1.25 billion registered senior notes offering of Baker Hughes Holdings LLC and Baker Hughes Co‑Obligor, Inc. Baker Hughes is a full‑stream oilfield technology provider that has a unique mix of integrated oilfield products, services and digital solutions. The transaction closed on December 9, 2021.
