Baker Hughes’s $2.84 Billion Secondary Offering of Class A Common Stock

LLC, Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch, BNP PARIBAS and Evercore ISI, in connection with the $2.84 billion secondary offering of class A common stock of Baker Hughes, a GE company. Baker Hughes is a fullstream oilfield technology provider that has a unique mix of integrated oilfield products, services and digital solutions. The transaction closed on September 16, 2019.
