Ben Joseloff Participates in Atlantic Council Panel on Designing an Outbound Investment Screening Mechanism

On January 14, 2022, Cravath senior attorney Ben Joseloff participated in an expert panel discussion held virtually by the Atlantic Council’s Economic Statecraft Initiative. The panel, entitled “Designing an Outbound Investment Screening Mechanism,” discussed proposed legislation that would create a new government mechanism to screen outbound investment by U.S. firms, the implications of implementing such a mechanism and alternatives that policymakers might consider.
