Benchmark Litigation Ranks Evan Chesler and Michael Paskin Among Top 100 Trial Lawyers in America

The 2017 edition of Benchmark Litigation named Cravath partners Evan R. Chesler and Michael A. Paskin to its list of the “Top 100 Trial Lawyers in America.” This marks the third consecutive year in which Evan has been recognized, and it is the first year in which Michael has been named to the list. In its analysis, Benchmark noted that Evan has been “long considered a luminary” in the field of trial work and pointed to Michael’s successful representation of the Republic of Argentina in its longstanding litigation concerning sovereign debt, which had “bedevilled the country for more than a decade.”
