Benchmark Litigation Ranks Evan Chesler, Daniel Slifkin and Kevin Orsini Among Top 100 Trial Lawyers in America

The 2021 edition of Benchmark Litigation named Cravath partners Evan R. Chesler, Daniel Slifkin and Kevin J. Orsini to its list of the “Top 100 Trial Lawyers in America.” This is the seventh consecutive year in which Evan has been recognized and the first year in which Daniel and Kevin have been named to the list. Benchmark Litigation cited peer and client feedback lauding them for their trial prowess, including Evan’s continued lead role on “some of the Firm’s most groundbreaking matters,” Daniel’s “skilled and polished” approach in the courtroom, and Kevin’s ability to cover “a broad spectrum of commercial issues.”
