Best Buy’s $1.25 Billion Senior Unsecured Revolving Credit Facility

July 28, 2016

Cravath represented the administrative agent, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in connection with the arrangement of a $1.25 billion five‑year senior unsecured revolving credit facility agreement made available to Best Buy, a leading provider of technology products, services and solutions. The transaction closed on June 27, 2016.

The Cravath team included partner Tatiana Lapushchik and associate Jennifer Uren on banking matters, partner J. Leonard Teti II and associate June Hwang on tax matters and associate Brian B. Kennedy on executive compensation and benefits matters. Summer associates Hyun Soo Suh and Timothy H. Chang also worked on banking and tax matters, respectively.
