Boral Limited’s Revolving Credit Facility

Cravath represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in connection with the arrangement of a $400 million revolving syndicated facility made available to Boral Limited, an Australian building and construction materials group. The transaction closed on July 1, 2015.

The Cravath team included partner Tatiana Lapushchik and associate Matthew C. Young.
