Brightstar Corp.’s High‑Yield Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by J.P. Morgan Securities, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Jefferies, in connection with the US$250 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior debt offering of Brightstar Corp., a leading provider of diversified services and the world’s largest specialized wireless distributor. The transaction closed on July 31, 2013.
