Cardtronics’s High‑Yield Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Wells Fargo Securities, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan Securities and BBVA, in connection with the US$300 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior debt offering of Cardtronics, Inc. and Cardtronics USA, Inc. Cardtronics provides convenient automated consumer financial services through its network of automated teller machines and multi‑function financial services kiosks. The transaction closed on April 4, 2017.

The Cravath team included partner Stephen L. Burns and associates Holden K. Sumner, Noah X. DeBlasi and F. Adam Abulawi on securities matters and associate Kiran Sheffrin on tax matters. Andrew L. Mandelbaum also worked on tax matters.
