CBRE’s Public and Private Offerings

On June 15, 2009, CB Richard Ellis Services, Inc. (“CBRE”) announced the pricing of its offering of $450 million of senior subordinated notes due 2017. Cravath represented Banc of America Securities LLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. as initial purchasers in connection with this Rule 144A transaction. Additionally, Cravath represented J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. as distribution agent in CBRE’s $50 million at-the-market equity offering, completed on June 11, and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Banc of America Securities LLC as financial services advisers to CBRE in connection with a direct placement of $100 million of common stock to hedge fund Paulson & Co. Inc., announced on June 10.
