CBRE’s Registered Senior Debt Offering

September 26, 2014

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan Securities, Credit Suisse, BofA Merrill Lynch, HSBC, Wells Fargo Securities, Scotiabank, RBS and Barclays, in connection with the US$300 million registered senior debt offering of CBRE Services, Inc., the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm at the time of the offering. The transaction closed on September 26, 2014.

The Cravath team included partners William J. Whelan III and associates Aaron D. Suh and Elizabeth E. Burke on corporate matters and Jay S. Gill on tax matters. Sean M. Gholz and William F. Roegge also worked on this matter.
