Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside
On October 14, 2009, CBS Corporation announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of $312.5 million of shares of the Company’s Class B Common Stock sold by NAIRI, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of National Amusements, Inc. and a controlling stockholder of the Company. NAIRI has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an aggregate of 2,604,091 additional shares of Class B Common Stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
