Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by J.P. Morgan and Scotiabank, in connection with the $1 billion 144A/Reg. S sustainability notes offering of Celulosa Arauco y Constitución S.A., one of Latin America’s largest forest plantation owners and one of the world’s largest producers of pulp and wood products at the time of the offering. The transaction closed on October 29, 2019.
The Cravath team included partner David Mercado, senior attorney Ralph Currey and associates James Ding and Andrew Kang on securities matters, associates Kiran Sheffrin and Rory M.
