Centene’s $1 Billion Unsecured Revolving Credit Facility

Cravath represented Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as arranger and agent of a $1 billion unsecured revolving credit facility made available to Centene Corporation, a diversified, multi‑line healthcare enterprise, to support its acquisition of Health Net, Inc. The transaction closed on March 24, 2016.
