Centene’s $2 Billion Revolving Credit Facility

Cravath represented Wells Fargo, as administrative agent, and Barclays, as lead arranger, in connection with the arrangement of a $2 billion revolving credit facility made available to Centene Corporation, a diversified, multi‑line healthcare enterprise. The transaction closed on May 7, 2019.
