Christine Varney Serves as Editor and Contributor to Book on International Cartel Activity

Cravath partner Christine A. Varney served as editor of a book entitled The Cartels and Leniency Review, published by Law Business Research Ltd. in February 2013. In addition, Christine contributed the preface and introduction to the book, and co-authored the “United States” chapter. The Cartels and Leniency Review brings together competition law experts from more than two dozen jurisdictions to address the potential liability, both civil and criminal, that may arise from unlawful agreements with competitors as to price, markets or output.
