Christine Varney Speaks at ABA Spring Meeting

On March 28, 2012, Cravath partner Christine A. Varney spoke at the American Bar Association’s 60th Antitrust Law Spring Meeting, held in Washington, D.C., on a panel entitled “Go Low or Go Home! Monopsony a Problem?” The panel focused on monopsony in the agriculture supply chain and healthcare industry, and discussed whether the revised Horizontal Merger Guidelines and recent enforcement actions reflect a valid and consistent approach to buyer power.
