Christine Varney Speaks at GCR’s Antitrust Law Leaders Forum

Cravath partner Christine A. Varney spoke at Global Competition Review’s Antitrust Law Leaders Forum, which was hosted virtually from February 4‑5, 2021. Christine participated in the “Antitrust: Is ‘Classic’ Antitrust Enforcement Capable of Addressing Competition in Fast Moving Digital Markets?” portion of the forum, which discussed antitrust enforcement solutions to address anticompetitive practices by digital “gatekeeper” companies, cross‑border regulatory approaches, including ex‑ante regulation and potential effects on competition.
