Christine Varney Speaks on Internet Law and Governance

On February 13, 2012, Cravath partner Christine A. Varney spoke at “The Digital Broadband Migration: The Challenges of Internet Law and Governance,” a conference presented by Silicon Flatirons and the Federal Communications Bar Association, which was held in Boulder, Colorado. Christine spoke on a panel entitled “Competition Policy in the Internet Environment,” which discussed the effects of technological market changes and the development of new responsibilities by Internet Service Providers, applications providers and related entities.
