Cincinnati Bell Inc.’s Consent Solicitations with Respect to Outstanding Senior Notes

Cravath represented Cincinnati Bell Inc. in connection with its solicitation of consents with respect to its outstanding 7.000% senior notes due 2024 and 8.000% senior notes due 2025. Cincinnati Bell Inc. is a full-service regional provider of data and voice communications services over wireline and wireless networks and a full-service provider of data center operations, related managed services and equipment. The transaction closed on July 2, 2020.
