Cravath represented Cincinnati Bell Inc. in connection with its US$425 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior debt offering. Cincinnati Bell provides integrated communications solutions, including local and long distance voice, data, high‑speed Internet and video, to residential and business customers in Greater Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio. The transaction closed on September 22, 2016.
