Clear Channel Outdoor’s Bond Offering Named U.S. High-Yield Bond of the Year

In acknowledgement of its complexity and the benefits it provided the company and its investors, Clear Channel Outdoor’s US$2.5 billion senior notes offering was awarded the “2010 U.S. High-Yield Bond of the Year” award by the International Financing Review (IFR). Cravath represented Goldman, Sachs & Co. and the other initial purchasers in connection with this transaction.
