Cravath Represents Initial Purchasers in Colbún S.A.’s Registered Debt Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Citigroup, J.P. Morgan Securities and Scotiabank, in connection with the US$500 million 144A/Reg. S debt offering of Colbún S.A., the second largest electricity generator in Chile’s main interconnected system. The transaction closed on July 10, 2014.
The Cravath team included partner David Mercado and senior attorney Ralph B. Currey III. Renee A. Brutus and summer associate Shakera Thompson also worked on this matter.
