Morgan Securities, BofA Securities, BMO Capital Markets, Fifth Third Securities and PNC Capital Markets LLC, in connection with the $500 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior notes offering of Compass Minerals International, Inc., a leading provider of essential minerals, specialty plant nutrition products and specialty chemicals. The transaction closed on November 26, 2019.
