Comtech Telecommunications Corp.’s Registered Common Stock Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Citigroup, Jefferies, BMO Capital Markets and Raymond James, in connection with the US$100 million registered common stock offering of Comtech Telecommunications Corp., a leading provider of advanced communications solutions for both commercial and government customers worldwide. The shares were listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market. The transaction closed on June 22, 2016.
