Cravath represented the underwriters in connection with the $698 million initial public offering of class A common stock of Core & Main, Inc., a leading specialized distributor of water, wastewater, storm drainage and fire protection products, and related services, to municipalities, private water companies and professional contractors across municipal, non‑residential and residential end markets nationwide. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed July 27, 2021.
