Core & Main, Inc.’s Registered Secondary Common Stock Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters in connection with the $520 million registered secondary common stock offering of Core & Main, Inc., a leading specialized distributor of water, wastewater, storm drainage and fire protection products, and related services, to municipalities, private water companies and professional contractors across municipal, non‑residential and residential end markets nationwide. The transaction closed on January 10, 2022.
