Corteva’s $1 Billion Registered Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company d/b/a Corteva Agriscience in connection with its $1 billion registered senior notes offering. E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company is a subsidiary of Corteva, Inc., a leading global provider of seed and crop protection solutions focused on the agriculture industry. The transaction closed on May 15, 2020.

The Cravath team included partners Andrew J. Pitts and Nicholas A. Dorsey and associates Nicholas J. Maida and Nastassia Shcherbatsevich.
