CoStar’s Revolving Credit Facility

Cravath represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as agent and arranger, in connection with a $750 million revolving credit facility made available to CoStar Group, Inc. and CoStar Realty Information, Inc., leading providers of commercial real estate information, analytics and online marketplaces. The revolving credit facility will be used for working capital and other general corporate purposes. The transaction closed on October 19, 2017.
