Cox’s $1 Billion Debt Offering

Cravath represented Cox Communications, Inc. in connection with its US$1 billion 144A/Reg. S debt offering. Cox Communications is a broadband communications and entertainment company and was the third‑largest U.S. cable television company based on revenues at the time of the offering. The transaction closed on September 13, 2016.

The Cravath team included associates Andrew M. Wark and Andrew T. Murphy.
