Craig Arcella Authors Lexis Practice Advisor Article on the Compliance Implications of Revised SEC Procedures

Cravath partner Craig F. Arcella and associate Aashim Usgaonkar co‑authored an article entitled “Revised SEC Confidential Treatment Regime for Certain Exhibits,” which was published on July 6, 2019, as part of Lexis Practice Advisor’s new “First Analysis” series, which covers current awareness topics related to capital markets and corporate governance. The article discusses the compliance implications of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s revised procedures, effective as of April 2, 2019, for redacting competitively sensitive information from material contracts that are filed as exhibits to certain filings.
