Cravath Announces New European Counsel

Alan G. Grinceri, Corporate (J.D., University of Melbourne; Graduate Diploma, Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia; B.Com., University of Western Australia), has been elected European Counsel from Cravath’s associate ranks. Mr. Grinceri is based in the Firm’s London office and his practice will continue to cover a range of corporate matters, including representing issuers and financial intermediaries in capital markets transactions.
