Cravath Announces New Partners

Cravath has elected three new partners. They are:

• Douglas C. Dolan (J.D., New York University School of Law; B.A., Cornell University), a member of Cravath’s Corporate Department, where he focuses on capital markets matters.
• Matthew L. Ploszek (J.D., University of Pennsylvania Law School; M.B.A., University of Pennsylvania; B.A., University of Notre Dame), a member of Cravath’s Corporate Department, where he focuses on M&A matters.
• Arvind Ravichandran (J.D., Columbia Law School; B.A., Columbia College), a member of Cravath’s Tax Department.

The new partners will become members of the Firm on January 1, 2022.
