Cravath Announces New Partners

Cravath has elected seven new partners.  They are:

• Jin-Kyu Baek (J.D., Harvard Law School; A.B., Harvard College), a member of Cravath’s Corporate Department, where he focuses on M&A matters.
• Kimberley S. Drexler (J.D., Yale Law School; B.A., University of Virginia), a member of Cravath’s Corporate Department, where she focuses on corporate governance matters. 
• Christopher J. Kelly (J.D., Harvard Law School; B.A., Columbia University), a member of Cravath’s Corporate Department, where he focuses on banking matters.
• Ryan J. Patrone (J.D., New York University School of Law; B.S., University of Florida), a member of Cravath’s Corporate Department, where he focuses on capital markets matters.
• Claudia J. Ricciardi (J.D., Harvard Law School; B.A., University of Pennsylvania), a member of Cravath’s Corporate Department, where she focuses on M&A matters.
• Kelly M. Smercina (J.D., University of Michigan Law School; B.A., University of Notre Dame), a member of Cravath’s Corporate Department, where she focuses on capital markets matters.
• Michael J. Zaken (J.D., Columbia Law School; B.A., Columbia College), a member of Cravath’s Litigation Department, where he focuses on antitrust matters.

The new partners will become members of the Firm on January 1, 2023.
