Cravath Co‑Hosts Shareholder Activism Event in Israel

On October 29, 2019, Cravath co‑hosted an event with Herzog Fox & Neeman entitled “Shareholder Activism in Israel: What Companies Need to Know,” which was held in Tel Aviv, Israel. Partner Aaron M. Gruber participated, giving the conference’s closing remarks and moderating a panel entitled “Role of Institutional Investors: Current Trends.” He also spoke on the “Activist Defense & Advance Preparation” and “Proxy Contests & Settlements” panels.
