Cravath Honored by IFLR Americas Awards for “M&A Deal of the Year”

On March 31, 2016, Cravath received the “M&A Deal of the Year” Award at the International Financial Law Review (IFLR) Americas Awards, held in New York City. The Firm was honored for its role in connection with Olin Corporation’s $5 billion merger with The Dow Chemical Company in a Reverse Morris Trust transaction, led by Cravath partners Robert I. Townsend III and George F. Schoen. The IFLR Americas Awards recognize the region’s most innovative and complex deals and the firms that worked on them.
