Cravath Honored by IFLR Asia Awards for “Equity Deal of the Year”

Cravath was recognized by International Financial Law Review (IFLR) Asia Awards 2016 in the “Equity Deal of the Year” category for its role in connection with the $2 billion initial public offering of China Reinsurance (Group) Corporation. The IFLR Asia Awards recognizes the region’s most innovative and complex deals and the firms that worked on them. Cravath represented the underwriters on tax matters in connection with this transaction, led by partner Christopher K. Fargo.
