Cravath Honored with IFLR European Award for “M&A Deal of the Year”

On April 20, 2017, Cravath was honored by International Financial Law Review (IFLR) at the 2017 European Awards in the “M&A Deal of the Year” category for its role in connection with Anheuser‑Busch InBev’s $123 billion acquisition of SABMiller plc. The IFLR European Awards recognize the region’s most innovative and complex deals and the firms that worked on them.
