Cravath Honored with International Tax Review Award for “European Capital Markets Tax Deal of the Year”

On May 17, 2018, Cravath was recognized by International Tax Review (“ITR”) at the 2018 European Tax Awards in the “European Capital Markets Tax Deal of the Year” category for its representation of British American Tobacco in its $17.25 billion bond issuance. The ITR European Tax Awards recognize the region’s largest and most complex matters and the firms that worked on them.
