Cravath Joins as Co-Founder of Copyright Alliance’s Legal Advisory Board

On August 9, 2011, the Copyright Alliance announced it has established a Legal Advisory Board to foster closer collaboration with firms representing the Alliance’s institutional members and other copyright owners. Cravath, one of this Board’s founding members, will work with the Alliance and its membership to advance copyright strategy and develop a variety of projects and programs, including providing assistance to individual artists and creators; hosting educational events and webinars; expanding work with law schools and young lawyers; and contributing writing and research. The Copyright Alliance is a non-profit, non-partisan, educational organization dedicated to the value of copyright as an agent for creativity, jobs and growth.
