Cravath M&A Deal Recognized by the 2015 China Law & Practice Awards

On September 17, 2015, China Law & Practice, along with The American Lawyer, recognized law firms and individual practitioners for their involvement in the most creative transactions of the past year. The 2015 China Law & Practice Awards named Lenovo’s acquisition of IBM’s x86 server business the “TMT Deal of the Year.” Cravath represented IBM in connection with the transaction, led by partner George F. Schoen.
