Cravath M&A Deal Recognized by the Houston Business Journal

On January 22, 2016, The Houston Business Journal (HBJ) announced their 2015 “Deal of the Year” awards, which recognized groundbreaking deals based in Houston, Texas. The winning deals were selected by a panel of judges from HBJ and the Houston business community. The publication named Crown Castle’s $1 billion acquisition of Sunesys “Technology Deal of the Year.” A Cravath team led by partner Stephen L. Burns represented Crown Castle in connection with the transaction.
