Cravath Named Finalist for The American Lawyer’s 2020 Law Firm of the Year and Corporate Practice of the Year Awards

In November 2020, Cravath was named a finalist for The American Lawyer’s “Law Firm of the Year” award, which honors firms that “exemplify the exceptional ways the legal industry advises and innovates.”
Cravath was also named a finalist for the publication’s inaugural “Corporate Practice of the Year” award, which recognizes firms that exhibit expertise across corporate practices including M&A, tax, finance and governance. Presiding Partner Faiza J. Saeed was named a finalist in the “Corporate Lawyer of the Year” category, the equivalent individual honor.
The winners will be announced on January 14, 2021.
