Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside

On March 8-9, 2012, three Cravath partners participated in the “Eleventh Annual Institute on Securities Regulation in Europe: Cross-Border Deal Making in an Uncertain Environment,” presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in London. Philip J. Boeckman, Managing Partner of the Firm’s London Office, served as a Co-Chair of the program, which discussed the latest market trends and developments and dealmaking in Europe and the United States. Christine A. Varney, Chair of the Firm’s Antitrust practice, delivered a keynote address on trends in antitrust enforcement in the European Union. London partner Alyssa K. Caples moderated a panel entitled “Leveraged Finance,” which discussed the European high-yield market, LBO financings and the use of intercreditor agreements.
