Cravath Partners Deliver Keynote at LSE Conference

On March 10, 2012, two Cravath partners delivered a keynote address at the first annual London School of Economics Investment Banking Conference. Christine A. Varney and Alyssa K. Caples discussed the integration of law and finance, including corporate dealmaking and the regulatory aspects of M&A transactions. The conference featured industry leaders in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, equity capital markets, debt capital markets and financial regulation.
